Production time

Custom tumblers are currently 2 full weeks excluding weekends and holidays. Each item is made to order unless otherwise noted. Because they are each handmade, there may be some imperfections throughout that add to the unique character of all handmade items. Please verify that what you are ordering is correct before you place your order because no changes will be made after it has gone through.

Please verify that spelling is correct. I will apply name/monogram/quotes as it is given to me. I will not be able to make any changes for any mistakes due to customer error.

A proper monogram is first initial, last initial, middle initial. For example if my name is Sarah Marie Johnson my monogram would be SMJ. Your order will ship once the production time is complete. 

Missing Information

If your order is missing information the processing time for your order will be delayed. We will email you at the email address you leave at check out in order to obtain the proper information needed to complete your order. After 3 attempts of reaching you with no response we will cancel your order.

Care Instructions

Care Instructions are sent with each tumbler/Apparel. Please be sure to follow the care instructions to ensure a long lasting product.

Epoxied tumblers should be treated like glass all tumblers are sealed with an FDA compliant epoxy sealer which provides a durable, smooth, and glass-like finish. Any Items applied with epoxy is not crack proof and should be treated as such, and should never be left in extreme hot temperatures ( in a car ) If handled and treated with care your tumbler will last a very long time.

Disclaimer 

All epoxied tumblers are completely handcrafted with polyester glitter and as with all handcrafted items slight imperfections can exist. These do not take away from the beauty and/or functionality however they do add character and that special charm that cannot be duplicated with items that have been mass produced. No two will ever be the same.

Local Pick-Up

Local pick up is available to people who are local to me. I am located in Charlotte NC. I will contact you through the email/phone number you provide at check out when your items are available for pick up. Pick up will only be available on the weekends. You will have 30 days to pick up your item from the destination that I choose if you do not pick up in the 30 day grace period I will invoice you for shipping. If you do not pay invoice I will note your tumbler as abandoned and It will be listed and sold.
