Return/Exchange/ Cancellation Policy

Returns/Refunds

Due to the customization on many of our items, refunds are typically not permitted. In the event that your product is incorrect, please send photographs of items with your order number to support@creationsbytaniesha.com for us to review, within 3 days of receiving your items. Any emails sent after 3 days will not be fixed.  After examination of your items a replacement will be sent in 2 weeks if in fact it was my error.  No refunds or exchanges will be given for any freebie items that may be included with a purchase.  All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We absolutely cannot accept returns for items that have been used. Please review your order carefully and be sure to ask any questions before ordering. Our policy lasts 3 days. If  three days have gone by since the delivery of your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for any reason.
